Yoga is a multi-dimensional practice known mostly for the physical exercise. There is a reason this ancient health and wellness system has traveled through centuries; Meditation, Pranayama (breath work) and Asana (yogic postures) are relevant today to assist us in balancing our busy lives. These practices offer a comprehensive system to strengthen and stretch our bodies and minds. As a yoga teacher, I love to guide students in breathing, stretching and listening, to discover and navigate their personal growth, development and healing from within.
