The above quote is both my inspiration and my philosophy. My name is Judy Bousquin, owner of Healing & Renewal Wellness in Stoneham, MA. I truly believe in our innate abilities to nurture our healing process, whatever it is we need at any given time. My professional mission is rooted in my passion to create space for all people to have the opportunity to live a healthy and purposeful life. I work with individuals and groups to empower them in becoming fully engaged in their personal and healing journey through the mind/body practices of Reiki, Meditation and Yoga. Offerings at Healing & Renewal Wellness include a variety of classes and services for individuals, organizations and businesses. When people feel well, are relaxed and are self determined, they are better able to navigate their days, make better decisions and, overall, be their best selves. Isn't this what we want for our communities? Our businesses? Our families? Using compassion, patience, a sense of joy and a commitment to wellness, I offer workshops and classes that are positive, inspiring and accessible.

The quality of our breathing is a significant factor in any healing process we may be experiencing and a foundation of Reiki, meditation and yoga. Below is an acrostic with some tips to keep us steady during our busy days. Perhaps you can find a "gentle reminder" buddy to partner with for just the prompts you need to follow through with your self-care commitments.
Breathe Deeply: A practice of deep breathing helps us to locate our balance, calm our nervous system and bring us to the present moment.
Remember Who You Are: You (and everyone else) are so much more than your title, your physique or your personality and so much more than any troubles that may cross your path.
Exile the Extraneous: Let go of unimportant details; this takes patience and practice. The more we live in the present, though, the more we can see what is essential and nonessential to supporting our well being.
Allow Presence to Shine: Give yourself permission to be fully present in your life.
Tithe Time for Yourself: Activate a commitment to schedule time for yourself each day.
Healthy Living: Make conscious choices in what you eat, how you exercise, what you think and with whom you spend time.
Smile!: This is your life, have fun on your journey, however you choose to navigate it.
