Meditation
Please see Virtual Meditation Offerings Below.
Meditation is seen as a mystery but it is simply a way of paying attention. Try this: while you are sitting here, look at the photo either above or below and slowly exhale through your mouth. After all your air is expelled, enjoy a slow inhale through your nose, filling your lungs at first and then your belly if possible. Repeat for one full minute, eventually exhaling through your nose. Inhale, exhale; breath in, breath out. Simple and refreshing.
Breathing in a conscious way is a first step to meditation. After a minute of this breathing exercise, notice any changes in the tempo of your breath and your state of mind. Are you experiencing quiet and calm, a sense of slowing down?
In our busy world of doing, meditation helps us pay attention to our breath, our thoughts and our being. We all have the capacity to find stillness internally and learn how to live moment to moment in mindful awareness. A daily meditation practice can help us think better, have more energy and live in alignment with our values. Part of my passion for wellness is to teach people self-care tools such as Meditation.
Please see my offerings below for more information.

Meditation can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; and that is very healing. We let our own natural capacity of healing do the work." ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
