This includes trained practices as I offer here, such as Reiki, meditation and connecting to spirit, and also mentored practices such as listening, compassion and respect for all things. Reiki: Acknowledging Holy Presence Within and Beyond Ourselves You are invited to join us at Rolling Ridge Retreat & Conference Center on Tuesday, November 11th for a Reiki Day Apart Retreat with Judy Bousquin. "Reiki: Acknowledging Holy Presence Within and Beyond Ourselves" will help you rediscover your home within yourself, and experience the holy in your body, your mind and your heart. We will explore and center within the energy of Reiki as a spiritual practice. You will tap into the fullness of who you are beyond how you usually define yourself. You will experience the flow of Holy Presence in your life. Together, we will center in community, find our breath and settle into the present moment through the truth of who we are. Healing Sessions

Reiki 1 Workshop: $165 (Shoden in the Japanese); click on Reiki Training for more information Reiki 2: $265 (Okuden in the Japanese); click on Reiki Training for more information Reiki 3: (Shinpiden in the Japanese): Please consult with Judy for details for Reiki 3 (Shinpiden) Reiki Circle at Yoga Moves: Opportunities to practice Reiki: I co-lead a monthly Reiki Circle at Yoga Moves in Stoneham, MA: Spring & Summer: last Friday evening of the month, 6:15-8:15; Fall & Winter: the second Sunday afternoon of the month, 2:00-4:00 PM; a free offering with the opportunity to donate to a local charity. This is a chance to meet other Reiki trained individuals and practice your skills working with others. All levels and all lineages welcomed. If you have questions, please contact Judy through email.
