As a life-long seeker, I have moved toward healing practices to assist myself and others in navigating this human journey we are collectively experiencing. This includes trained practices as I offer here, such as Reiki, meditation and connecting to spirit, and also mentored practices such as listening, compassion and respect for all things. Healing Sessions

Meditation Opportunities Spring Recorded Daily Meditation Series via Yoga Moves begins March 20 and meanders through April 10 @ $25; 22 days of meditation; set your own pace, once you buy into the series, you own the meditations and can listen and practice anytime. Reiki 1 Class: $150 (Shoden in the Japanese); click on Reiki Training for more information Reiki 2: $250 (Okuden in the Japanese); click on Reiki Training for more information Reiki 3: (Shinpiden in the Japanese): Please consult with Judy for details for Reiki 3 (Shinpiden) Reiki Circle at Yoga Moves: Opportunities to practice Reiki: I lead a monthly Reiki Circle at Yoga Moves, typically the last Friday evening of the month, 6:00-8:00 PM; donations welcomed for local charities.
